Wanted: 2.8 planets or a better way of life

I share a 1400 sq ft house with my family - five of us in all. I don't drive much, mostly public transit. I hardly ever fly.

I took the Eco footprint test and found -
If everyone lived like me, we would need 2.8 planets to sustain ourselves.
